Lolita Tophat

I made a tophat to go with my Kodona-style lolita costume!! I never would have accomplished this without 's lovely tutorial: [link] Many thanks to her.

It turned out a little lop-sided, actually. The right side of the brim is much shorter than the left... But I think the dressings cover that up and give it the illusion of being less crooked... I hope. ^^'

PS: And yes, that is a paper towel roll holder.
